Resulting in a higher chance of a genetic abnormality.

Pregnancy success relies heavily on egg quality and egg age.

That's true if you are trying naturally or doing IVF.
But it's not all about the egg.
Having a baby is a team sport.

Your unexplained infertility or poor embryo fertilisation in IVF; might not just be about your eggs.

It could be all about the sperm.
But likely it's a combination of both egg and sperm quality.

All said and done, your eggs must work much harder when sperm quality isn't great.

Improving your egg quality as much as you can is important for this reason.

And I'll be completely honest with you.

If egg quality is poor due to age then it's hard to make them better with supplements.
The biggest influence on pregnancy is the quality of the eggs you're born with.

Absolutely!!!
But keep your expectations realistic.

Avoid getting suckered in by "experts" promising drastic improvement in age related egg quality.

The real truth is max improvement of 10-15%.

Don't panic!
That's not so bad, even if it doesn't seem like it.
10% improvement in fertility can produce a 100% real baby.
Even a smaller percentage can be all it takes to have a successful pregnancy.

And I've seen it in my clinic hundreds of times.
No exaggeration!
